I am retired from the Ontario Provincial Police with 32 years of service,
during which time I was awarded the Canadian Police Exemplary Service Medal, the Order of St. Stanislas (Officer), the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal, and a Certificate of Appreciation from the Director of the United States Secret Service for duties performed in Atlanta, GA, during the 1996 Olympic Games. Previously, as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, I had also held "Secret" security clearance.

During all these years I spent innumerable hours interacting with the court system and dealing with both Criminal and Civil documents as an investigator, scenes-of-crime officer, and certified adult educator.

For the past several years Tamarack LSS has supplied premium services in the areas of process serving, the filing of court documents, litigation searches, general and specialized investigations, property checks and assessments, etc.

As well as these duties we add the additional professional services of evidence photography, witness location, interviewing & statement taking, and witness evaluation via our specialized process. We will also appear in court to give accurate evidence regarding the same if so required. As you can see, our services can be extremely valuable to you in the Criminal venue as well as the Civil. Operations will be accepted and conducted in virtually any geographical location as well as the usual one of Simcoe County and adjacent areas. These include detailed knowledge of the U.K. and Republic of Panama.

Fees for specialized assignments such as statement taking, photography and court appearances will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Any contracts for service entered into will generally be conducted and completed by myself personally, unless an associate is otherwise agreed to by your firm. Extremely accurate, police-style notes (as repeatedly proven in both Criminal and Civil courts in both Ontario and Manitoba) will be maintained during all assignments, and I will be available to testify at any court level which is required regarding the same.
